"NIVARA- CHILDREN'S SHELTER HOME, the organisation which is a subsidiary organisation of GRAMIN VIKAS KENDRA, Jamkhed, located in the southern part of Ahmednagar Distric. Gramin Vikas Kendra, has been continuously working for the Deprived and Downtrodden sections of the society since 1995, particularly for the communities like Pardhi, kolhati, Dombari, Gondhali, Gosavi, Garudi.
The Director, Adv. Arun Jadhav came up with the idea of starting the Nivara, Childrens Shelter Home for childrens of various sections of the society especially the marginal, orphans, economically poor, socially exploited, dalits, nomadic tribes, childrens of the street play artists, Adhivasi etc. He was was successful by bringing people together and by raising the local funding, special assistance, food, educational material, clother etc.
NIVARA today has 20 childrren in its shelter home of whose entire education, care, food is managed by the this organisation through donations and help. But they also work with more than 100 childrens from socially deprived community in the District, for their education, health, etc. This organisation is purey based on the value of equality as also enshrined in the Indian Constitution and part of the Fundamental Right- to Education, to live. Also, it is the only shelter home in the Ahmednagar District for childrens street play artists.

1. By sponsoring a child by Donating ₹5000 per annum.
2. You can celebrate your birthday by making us part of your celebration by distributing gifts and Monetary help to our childrens.
3. Celebrate your dear one's birthday in their loving memory.
4. Raising Monetary help for infrastructure
5. Educational Stationary like Pen, Books, Bags, etc.
