That Gandhi is today associated with weakness and lost innocence is the most unfortunate thing! Bapu is strong and defiant to presumptuous superpower of the day on one hand and his own bloodthirsty countrymen on the other... Bapu is brilliant tactician manoeuvring diverse classes and their interests and channeling them against a very organized and experienced ruler!
The most amazing thing is his strength and wisdom was put to use for 'just' values, a rare occurance...!! How does one fight with a man, who is ethical and yet, intelligent and strong?? There is only one way... Shoot him!
And they did it....
